What to include.
Where you can, share the emirate and area, the intended use, the approximate scale and the kind of relationship you have in mind. Early information is often incomplete, and that is expected.
- Land: the location, the plot area and anything known about permitted use
- Workforce accommodation: where your operations are, roughly how many people and when
- Commercial development: the business, the location and the frontage or floor area
- Investment or partnership: the type of real estate, the stage and your horizon
After you send it.
